Look Ma, No Bedrail!

I sometimes enter Ailey's room at night with guilty anticipation of the goofy or precarious position I might find her in. When I do find her in a "position to be laughed at" I always call on Andy to enjoy it with me. Her numerous sleeping positions often require one of us to physically move her or some object she has taken to bed with her.

Since our Norwegian guests left us, we haven't returned Ailey's bedrail to her bed. She has a double bed so there is a lot of room to move around before coming to the edge, but still I've wondered if we'll need to put it back on. So far she hasn't fallen out of bed, but she's come darn close.

This is how we found her a few nights ago ...

Hmm, nope. It sure looks like she's about to go over.

We did move her in. We'll see if she ends up on the floor one of these nights.
