Marin and Silje's 9 month doctor appointments were today. All is well with them both - healthy except for the colds they both got yesterday, and growing like trees in spring. They are both bigger than Ailey was at 9 months. How can that be?! Seriously. Doesn't sharing space in the womb mean anything anymore?
That said, they are also cute as hell (pardon my profanity on this family-friendly blog ... and the biased blurt) and developing their gross-motor skills along with their size. They are both pulling up to standing and crawling (though slowly). They are feeding themselves nicely. They're walking themselves to the car ... um, ok not yet. Working on it though.
Their stats: Marin is 22 pounds, Silje 21 lb. 14oz. They're both about 29 1/2 inches. Mid- to upper-90s in percentiles for all. Big, cute babies!
